We offer these 6 Types of Industrial Foam
Conventional Foam (Normal Foam)

Our conventional foam serve as the fundamental core for products in an array of industries, from mattress interiors, to seat cushions. We are committed to ensuring optimal performance, continuous improvements and a reliable supply chain that guarantees you’ll find the solutions you need, exactly where and when you need them.

High Resilience Foam (HR Foam)

High Resilience foam, or HR foam, is open-cell, flexible polyurethane foam that has a less uniform (more random) cell structure that helps add support, comfort, and resilience or bounce. HR foams have a high support factor and greater surface resilience than Viscoelastic foams. Unlike Viscoelastic foam, HR foam has a very fast recovery and bounces back to its original shape immediately after compression.

Fire Retardant Foam

Fire Retardant Foam also named as CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilient) foam is used when the strictest fire code standards are required, such as in hotel lobbies, hospitals, schools, mass transit (airplanes, buses). The foam has a high density which helps it last a long time. Fire retardant chemicals in the foam give the texture a grainy feel.

Memory Foam (Visco)

Revolutionary “Visco-Elastic” polyurethane foam which molds to the body in response to heat and pressure, evenly distributing body weight. It then returns to its original shape once you remove the pressure. In addition to protecting against impact, these properties make memory foam very comfortable.

Latex Feel Foam

"Latex feel" foams represents the pinnacle of our foaming experience, whereby we have successfully created a synthetic foam which feels and acts like the natural latex but at a much lower costs. More and more mattress manufacturers are substituting natural latex with latex feel foams to bring the advantages of natural latex to end users at a lower costs.

Rebond/Hybrid Foam

Rebonded foams is the result of the a process where we compressed off cut foams to produce rebonded blocks. These blocks are further being processed where the end result is the rebonded foams which we can use to make good quality mattress or mattress padding.
